Fourteen (14) years experience in detailed engineering of power plant instrumentation like Biomass based power plants, cogeneration power plants and captive power plants. During this period more than 65 projects were handled in M/s. AVANT GARDE Engineers and Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Three (3) years experience in EPC projects like design, supply, installation testing and commissioning of various process plants instrumentation. Involving engineering, estimation, proposal, customers & suppliers coordination and execute of Instrumentation EPC projects. During this period more than 10 projects were completed in M/s. AVANT GARDE Systems and Controls Pvt. Ltd.

RAMASUBRAMANIAN is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the Construction Industry for more than 35 years. He is skilled in Waste to Energy plants, Thermal and Hydropower plants, Bio-mass power plants, Co-generation plants, Pulp and paper plants, Bio-diesel plants, Smart tunnel and Stormwater drainage projects including the associated HV/LV Substation and transmission lines.
He worked in various organisations like Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (Thermal Power Station-I& II); Avant-Garde Engineers and Consultants Pvt. Limited, Chennai; Uniject Gloves PCL, Jebel Ali, UAE; Panjapol Paper Industry PCL, Bangkok, Thailand; SMEC (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd, Kuala Lumpur and Jacobs Engineering Group Malaysia Sdn. He is responsible for power system studies, feasibility studies, Design and Detail Engineering, EPC, Project Engineering Management and Implementation.
